1. Opening Video Proof (Mandatory)
Customers must record a full uncut opening video when receiving the parcel.
The video should clearly show:
✔️ Outer packaging with intact seal
✔️ Continuous uncut opening process (no pause/cuts/edits)
✔️ Product condition after unboxing
⚠️ Without this proof video, no return/exchange will be accepted.
2. Exchange Policy
Exchange allowed only in these cases:
✔️ Damaged product received
✔️ Wrong item sent
Valid proof video (as above) is mandatory.
3. Return & Size Issues
We always send the exact size ordered.
If the product received matches the ordered size but doesn’t fit, return is possible only under these conditions:
