Size Clarification - Please Read Carefully!

To ensure you receive the correct size, please measure yourself directly in inches before placing your order. Do not rely on general sizes like "M" or "3XL," as these vary between brands.

1. For Shirts and T-shirts: Measure your chest circumference in inches. If your chest measures 39 inches, please select the 40-inch size.

2. For Track Pants and Jeans: Measure your hip circumference in inches. Alternatively, you can measure the hip width of your current, well-fitting pants. All our product sizes are listed in inches. Please refer to the specific measurements provided on each product page
