1. Cancellations
1.1 Order Cancellations by Customer

- After Shipping: If your order has already been shipped, you cannot cancel it. You may return the product after receiving it, subject to our return policy.

- Original Packaging: The product must be in its original packaging with all tags and labels attached.

2.2 Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:

- Sale Items: Items purchased on sale or with a discount are final and cannot be returned.
- Consumable Items: Products such as threads, beads, and similar items once opened.
