The Story Behind NatProZ: How It All Started

1. The Story Behind NatProZ: How It All Started

NatProZ was born out of a simple yet powerful belief: food should be natural, homemade, and healing. Our founders, Adhithya M and Hari Pravin, both engineering students at Velalar College of Engineering and Technology, launched this startup when they were just 20 years old. What began as a pilot project in Erode to test a minimum viable product quickly evolved into a purpose-driven platform. They saw how fast-paced lifestyles made it difficult for people to cook healthy meals and how factory food was harming public health. With a passion for wellness and a mission to make clean eating accessible, they created NatProZ—a bridge between traditional home kitchens and today’s busy consumers.

2. Meet the Founders: Adhithya M & Hari Pravin’s Vision for Healthy Living

Adhithya M and Hari Pravin R S are not only co-founders but college mates and friends at Velalar College of Engineering and Technology. They combined their strengths—Adhithya focusing on digital systems and Hari overseeing ground logistics—to create a robust platform from the ground up. The inspiration for NatProZ came from their personal experiences and observations: people in their own communities lacked access to truly healthy food, especially those with busy routines. Their shared goal is simple but powerful—to bring back natural, homemade meals and make them easily accessible to everyone, especially those who don’t have time to cook.

3. Why We Believe Food Is Medicine, Not Just a Meal

At NatProZ, we don’t just deliver food—we deliver wellness. Our menu is crafted with ingredients that support digestion, boost immunity, and balance the body naturally. Millets, detox-friendly grains, medicinal herbs, and traditional spices are at the heart of every dish. We believe in the ancient principle: "Let food be thy medicine." With every bowl you order, you’re choosing nourishment that heals.

4. What Makes NatProZ Different from Swiggy, Zomato, or Cloud Kitchens

Unlike Swiggy or Zomato, NatProZ is not just a food aggregator. We are a home chef–powered platform, focused exclusively on natural, homemade meals. We provide chefs with ingredients, pay fair commissions, and avoid commercial kitchens. No added preservatives, no hidden costs—just authentic meals made with care. Our goal isn’t to feed the masses—it’s to nourish lives.

5. How NatProZ Empowers Home Chefs to Earn from Home

NatProZ allows home chefs—especially women—to cook from their own kitchens and earn a stable income. We handle everything: supplying raw goods, creating menus, assigning orders, and ensuring logistics. Chefs focus only on cooking, and they get paid a fixed commission per dish. This model supports financial independence while preserving their freedom and dignity.

6. Meet Our Home Chef: A Day in the Life of Chef Lakshmi

Chef Lakshmi starts her day at 6 AM with a prayer and checks her NatProZ order list. Her kitchen is filled with natural grains, fresh vegetables, and carefully packed spices—supplied by our team. By 10 AM, she’s prepared 12 meals, all following our healthy menu guide. She smiles as she hands the package to our delivery partner. For Lakshmi, NatProZ isn’t just income—it’s purpose.

7. From Homemaker to Health Maker: Real Stories from NatProZ Chefs

Stories like Uma’s, who went from being a stay-at-home mother to earning ₹800 a day cooking millet meals, inspire us. Or Kavitha, who uses her earnings to support her daughter’s education. These women aren't just cooking—they’re building healthier communities and better futures.

8. How We Train and Support Our Home Chefs

Every chef receives step-by-step guidance in hygiene, consistency, and nutrition. We provide training videos in regional languages, weekly check-ins, and quality audits. We ensure they never feel alone—our support team is just a call away. This ecosystem ensures consistent taste and quality in every dish you receive.

9. Why Millets Matter: Health Benefits of Traditional Indian Grains

Millets are more than just a trend—they're a return to tradition. Rich in fiber, iron, and antioxidants, millets help control blood sugar, improve digestion, and support weight loss. At NatProZ, we use ragi, kambu, varagu, and other native grains in dishes that are delicious, light, and healing.

10. Detox Foods That Actually Work – And We Cook Them for You

Our detox-friendly dishes—like khichdi, millet porridge, and herbal rasam—are crafted to cleanse your system gently. Made with tulsi, turmeric, curry leaves, and other natural cleansers, they support liver health, gut balance, and energy levels. Say goodbye to crash diets.
