Terms & Conditions

 

  1. Payment Terms:
    All payments must be made in full as per the agreed terms. Delayed payments may attract interest or affect future supply.

  2. Delivery:
    Delivery is subject to product availability. KK MART is not responsible for delays due to transportation, weather, or other unforeseen conditions.

  3. Goods Inspection:
    Buyers are requested to inspect goods at the time of delivery. Any shortage, damage, or quality issue must be reported immediately upon receipt.

  4. Returns & Replacements:
    Perishable items (fruits, vegetables, etc.) are non-returnable once accepted. Replacement is possible only if the issue is reported at delivery time.

  5. Rates & Taxes:
    All prices are subject to change without prior notice. Applicable GST or local taxes will be charged as per government norms.

  6. Ownership of Goods:
    Ownership of goods remains with KK MART until full payment is received.

  7. Order Confirmation:
    Orders once confirmed cannot be cancelled without prior approval.

  8. Jurisdiction:
    Any dispute arising will be subject to Chennai jurisdiction only.
