Return Policy

We are a small business and it is very difficult for us to accept returns since the product is perishable. We do not accept returns for any order.

If the item you have received is defected, report to us within 24 hours by sending an WhatsApp 8122655112 (We take 2 business days to respond), and we will replace the product after verification. Please attach pictures or videos to show the item is defective.

Refund Policy

We do not have a refund policy. If the products are out of stock when you place an order, we will refund the amount to your bank account within 2 to 5 business days.

once your return request is approved we will deliver you a replacement product within 7 days or We will credit the amount within 5 working days
