How to Place an Order with NammaCrackers: A Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1: Browse Our Extensive Collection
Explore our wide range of crackers on the NammaCrackers website. From sparklers to rockets, you’ll find everything you need for your celebrations. Click on the product images or names for detailed descriptions, pricing, and safety guidelines.

Step 2: Add Your Favorite Crackers to the Cart
When you find the items you want, click the "Add to Cart" button. To review or manage your selections, click on the shopping cart icon in the top right corner of the page.

Step 3: Review & Finalize Your Cart
After selecting your products, click the shopping cart icon to review your order. You can adjust quantities or remove items as needed. Once you’re ready, click "Proceed to Checkout."

Step 4: Enter Delivery Information
Provide your name, address, and contact number to ensure accurate delivery. Double-check your details before proceeding.

Step 5: Choose Payment Method
After submitting your order, the payment options will appear on the screen. You can choose to pay via QR code or direct bank transfer.
Once you complete the payment, it will be verified and updated within 1-2 hours.

Only the packing charge is included at this stage as the delivery fee, but the delivery fee is not included and must be paid by the customer at the nearest transport hub when your order is delivered.

Step 6: Confirmation Message
After the payment is verified, you will receive a confirmation message via WhatsApp, along with your order details and an estimated delivery time.

Step 7: Track Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive an LLR (Lorry Receipt) number. Use this LLR number to track your order at the nearest transport hub. If you need help with tracking, reach out to our customer support team.
