Welcome to N Trendz (a unit of N Prints Gallery). By accessing and using our website, you agree to the following terms:

  • All product images and content are intellectual property of N Trendz and cannot be used without permission.

  • Prices, offers, and product availability are subject to change without prior notice.

  • We strive for accuracy in product descriptions, but slight variations in color/size may occur.

  • Customers are responsible for providing correct shipping details.

  • Any disputes shall be governed under Indian law and jurisdiction.

Return & Exchange Policy

We understand that sometimes things don’t fit right. That’s why we offer a hassle-free return & exchange policy.

  • Returns/exchanges are accepted within 2 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and with original tags & packaging.

  • Exchanges can be made for size, color, defective / damaged only .

  • Return shipping costs may be borne by the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.

Refund Policy

At N Trendz, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Refunds are processed under the following conditions:

  • Refunds are applicable only for defective or damaged products, or if the wrong item is delivered.

  • Refund requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

  • Refunds will be initiated after inspection of the returned product.

  • The amount will be credited back to the original mode of payment or as store credit, as per customer preference.

Cancellation Policy

We allow order cancellations under the following terms:

  • Orders can be cancelled within 2-4 hours of placing them.

  • Once dispatched, cancellations are not allowed.

  • In case of prepaid orders, cancellation refunds will be credited back to the original payment method.

Shipping & Delivery Policy

  • We ship across India and selected international locations.

  • Standard delivery timeline: 3–7 business days (domestic), 10–15 business days (international).

  • Shipping charges may vary depending on location and order value.

  • Customers will receive tracking details once the order is dispatched.

  • Delays due to unforeseen circumstances (strikes, natural calamities, courier issues) are beyond our control.
