• Items must be returned within 5 days from the date of delivery.
• Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
• The item should be in the same condition as received.

2. Non-Returnable Items

• Opened or used food products.
• Perishable goods (unless damaged or defective at the time of delivery).
• Items without original packaging.

3. Return Process

• Contact our support team within 5 days of delivery to initiate a return request.
• Once approved, our team will arrange for pickup of the item.

4. Refund Process

• Refund will be initiated after the product is collected and verified.
• The refund amount will be credited to your original payment method within 2 working days after pickup.

5. Damaged or Wrong Product

• If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please report it within 24 hours of delivery with proper images.
• Such cases will be prioritized for quick replacement or refund.

6. Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be canceled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed.
