Order Cancellation

Customers may cancel their order any time before dispatch.

Our orders are usually handed over to our shipping team by 3:00 PM on the same day (EOD).

If you wish to cancel, please contact us before 3:00 PM on the day of purchase.

Refund for Cancelled Orders

If the cancellation request is made on time, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.

Refunds will typically reflect in your account within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Important Notes

Once an order has been dispatched to our shipping team (after 3:00 PM), it cannot be cancelled. You may, however, return the product under our Return & Refund Policy.
