Eligibility for Refund:
To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Timeframe:
You must notify us within 7 days of receiving the product to be eligible for a refund.

Non-Refundable Items:
Customized or personalized items, items on sale, and other non-refundable items are not eligible for refunds.

Refund Process:
Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.

Shipping Costs:
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
