Return Policy

We accept returns on most items within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

Return Conditions:

Items must be unused, in their original condition, and with all original packaging.
Some products, such as undergarments, swimwear, or items marked as “final sale,” are non-returnable.

Return Process:
To initiate a return, contact us at happieedressing24@gmail.com to receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN).

Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

Processing Time:
Once we receive your return, it will be inspected. If approved, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-10 business days.
