Refund Policy – Inanya Sea Foods

At Inanya Sea Foods, we take great care to deliver fresh and hygienically packed dry fish products. As our items are perishable, we have a strict refund policy:

1. No Returns for Perishable Items

  • Due to the nature of dry fish and seafood products, we do not accept returns once the product is delivered.

2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are applicable only in the following cases:

  • The product is damaged during delivery.

  • The wrong product is delivered.

  • The product is defective or not fit for consumption.

3. Reporting Issues

  • Customers must raise any complaint within 24 hours of delivery by contacting us at customercare.inanya@gmail.com or 9840028955.

  • Proof of issue (photo/video of the product and packaging) must be provided for verification.

4. Refund Processing

  • Once approved, refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.

  • In case of replacement, the product will be shipped again at no extra cost.

5. Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of placing them.

  • After processing or dispatch, cancellations are not allowed.
