All products are processed and packed hygienically to ensure freshness and safety.

3. Orders & Payments
Orders can be placed through our local retail outlet or online/phone/WhatsApp.
Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
Full payment must be completed before delivery or dispatch unless otherwise agreed.
Inanya Sea Foods reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in case of incorrect pricing, stock unavailability, or suspected fraudulent activity.
4. Shipping & Delivery
We provide local retail supply and India-wide shipping.
Delivery timelines depend on the customer’s location and courier availability.
Once handed over to the courier/delivery partner, responsibility for delivery lies with them. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party logistics.
Customers are requested to inspect the package at the time of delivery for any visible damage.
5. Returns & Refunds
Due to the perishable nature of dry fish products, returns are not accepted unless the product is delivered in a damaged or defective condition.
Customers must notify us within 24 hours of delivery for any complaints.
Refunds or replacements will be processed after proper verification.
Refunds will be credited using the original mode of payment within 7–10 working days (if applicable).
6. Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of placing the order.
Once the order is processed/dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
Inanya Sea Foods reserves the right to cancel any order due to unavoidable circumstances.
7. Pricing & Offers
All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR).
Discounts, offers, and promotions are subject to change or withdrawal at our discretion without prior notice.
8. Liability
We ensure quality and hygiene at the time of packing.
We are not responsible for spoilage due to improper storage after delivery.
Customers must store products in a cool, dry place or refrigerate as per instructions.
9. Warranty
No warranty is provided on perishable items.
Our responsibility is limited to delivering products in fresh and acceptable condition.
10. Privacy Policy
Customer details (name, address, phone, email) will be used only for order processing and communication.
We do not sell, rent, or share personal information with third parties, except for delivery purposes.
11. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
