Return Policy – Inanya Sea Foods

At Inanya Sea Foods, we maintain strict hygiene and quality standards. As our products are perishable, please note the following:

1. No Returns on Perishable Goods

  • Once products are delivered, returns are not accepted due to food safety and hygiene concerns.

2. Return Eligibility
A return/replacement will be accepted only if:

  • The product is damaged during delivery.

  • The wrong item was delivered.

  • The product is defective or not consumable.

3. Reporting a Return

  • Customers must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Proof of damage/defect (photo or video) must be shared via email (customercare.inanya@gmail.com) or phone (9840028955).

4. Replacement/Refund

  • In case of replacement product will be delivered as per below timelines : 

    Delivery Timelines

    Chennai & Nearby Areas: 1–2 working days.

    Rest of Tamil Nadu: 2–4 working days.

    Other States in India: 4–7 working days
